Iris Sylvia Brown died on 25th June 2002 in Readings Royal Berkshire
Hospital. Iris was a mother of 10, a Grand and Great Grandmother of
many. Iris sufferd for a long time, but it came time for her to part,
and with great strength, she died peacefully in her sleep, with family
areoun her. Iris will be sadly missed by her family and friends, who
all loved her. Sleep peacefully mum.

Mr. Lyell died of Heart Failure, which he battled with for a little over 14 years. His suffering is now over and he is in Heaven preparing a place for our family. Our Daddy will be missed so very much. He had many friends that will dearly miss him too. He brought Christ into his life in November 2000. He was a Mason and Shrine Member. He was the second Son of Rena Mae Lavender Lyell and Hubert Elton Lyell both were of Nashville, TN. Survived by his loving bride, Thelma Laverne Kesler Lyell; Daughters-Tina Rose Lyell Luther of Ellsinore, MO, Rena Christine Lyell Schaefgen of Memphis, TN and Holly Shannon Lyell McNamara of Madison, MS; Sons-George Houston Lyell, Jr. of Memphis, TN and Donald Keith Lyell of Bartlett, TN. Mother-In-Law-Pearl Christine Keel Kesler of Abbeville, MS. Daughter-In-Laws-Alesha Bellora Lyell and Sherry "Sissy" Warren Lyell and Son-In-Laws-Timothy Luther, Phillip Schaefgen and Steven McNamara. Seven grandchildren-Ashley Christine Poinsett, Brandye Lynette Martin, Kayla Brooke Lyell, Michael-Timothy Luther, Shelbye Denise Luther, Alexis Nicole Lyell and Chadley Keith Lyell. Three brothers-William Raymond Lyell, James Franklin Lyell and Thomas Stanley Lyell all of Nashville, TN. He also had a Sister, Beverly Lyell Ellis, who passed on before him also with Heart Failure. His service was held at Holly Springs Funeral Home on December 2, 2001 at 3:00pm with Dr. Steven Flockhart of Second Baptist Church-Millington, TN presiding and was buried at the Abbeville Cemetary
